Kurt Vowell
Kurt Vowell (Palmyra, NY/Pal-Mac HS) placed second in the long jump, third in the triple jump, 13th in the javelin, 15th in the 400 meter and fourth in the 1600 meter relay at the Ithaca meet, qualifying him for Nationals in two events. At the Hamilton meet, Vowell placed first in the long jump, second in the triple jump and fifth in the 1600 meter relay, improving his distance in the long and triple jumps.
