Baseball drops two in Rochester Thursday

ROCHESTER, NY – Traveling to Monroe Community College for their first doubleheader since the middle of March, the Herkimer Generals baseball team lost both games to the Tribunes 10-8 and 11-1.

Conroy allowed five runs, three of them earned from six hits before he gave way to T.J. Carola (Hicksville, NY) after four innings pitched.

Showing up at the plate in game one was Christian Malave (Milford, CT) and Greg Musk (Rotterdam, NY). Each tallied three runs batted in from two hits. Malave hit his first home run of the season, while Musk got his first triple.

In game two with Chris Henry (Yorktown Heights, NY) getting the start - the offense only supplied six hits and one run in the shortened game - giving Henry his second loss of the season, allowing 10 runs in four innings off of 12 hits.
