Bowlers make strong showing at Columbia-Greene
Hudson, NY – The bowling Generals enjoyed success in their first conference match of the season. The Lady Generals placed second, and the men’s team made their best showing in a long time, earning third place in the six-team field.
Brett Risi was the top General on the men’s side with a 718 three-game series. Andrew Pomichter rolled the high single for the guys with a 245 gem. Also recording 600 series for Herkimer were Tony DeLuca (621) and Anthony DiPierro (603).

The Lady Generals were led by Maripat McNally with a three-game series of 627. McNally’s bowling included two stellar 225 games.
The keglers’ next outing will be on Thursday, January 25 when they will travel to Troy for the Hudson Valley CC contest.
