Herkimer Baseball Sweeps Raiders For Second Day In A Row

Herkimer got two strong pitching performances from a pair of hard throwing righthanded sophomore pitchers in Gloversville product Kris Barone and Proctor's Joe Perrotta in doubleheader sweep on Friday.  Both pitchers pitched complete game shutouts and Perrotta took a no-hitter into the last inning of game two.  Al Ferenti went 2-4 in the doubleheader with 2 runs batted in.  Herkimer travels to Adirondack CC on Saturday to complete the six game stretch over three days.
