Herkimer Baseball Splits With Rival Hawks
Kris Barone and Kyle
Richardson had a battle on the mound and Herkimer came up just sort
in a 4-3 loss in game one. Herkimer scored first in the 1st
inning on a Brett Hauber single but MVCC responded with 2 runs in
the 2nd and 2 runs in the 4th inning to extend the lead to

George Hajjar to pull the game to a 4-3 game and Amar Lewis then
hit a 2 out double, but Richardson would get Lee Foxton to
strikeout and end the attempt to tie the game. Barone went
