Pitts' Double Double Not Enough to Help Generals

The men's team went down to defeat to Finger Lakes Community College 77-56 yesterday afternoon in Canandaigua. The Generals could manage only a paltry 1 for 21 from three point range while suffering their second straight defeat.  Jimmy Pitts lead the team with 18 points and 10 rebounds.  Rhamel Williams contributed 11 points and eight rebounds.  The loss drops Herkimer to 8-4 for the year.  They conclude the first half of the season with home games against Broome Community College on Tuesday at 8:00 and SUNY Delhi on Thursday at 7:00.
