Williams Leads Generals to Extend Winning Streak

The men's basketball team continued their winning ways with an 81-62 victory over North Country Community College in Saranac Lake Saturday afternoon.  Rhamel Williams led the Generals with 23 points,10 rebounds and seven steals.  Kevin Kucel added 21 points and eight assists and Akeem Ellis had his third double double in a row with 10 points and 11 rebounds.  Cliff Brown added 13 points and four steals.

The victory extended the Generals' winning streak to six in a row and improved their record to 14-4, 7-1 in the Mountain Valley Conference.  They finish their two day road trip on Sunday at noon against Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh.
