Herkimer Men's Basketball Chalks Up Another One In The Win Column

The Generals improved their record to 9-2 with a solid 81-55 victory over Cayuga C.C. Saturday afternoon in Herkimer.  Cliff Brown lead the scoring with 20 points.  Matt Baldwin was 7-7 from the foul line, leading the way to his 14 points.  Rhamel Williams played his usual steady game with nine points and nine rebounds.  Freshman Darien Thomas started his first collegiate game and scored 10 points and contributed nine steals and eight rebounds. Akeem Ellis had four assists and 10 rebounds to pace the Generals.

Herkimer returns to the court Tuesday evening at 8:00 as they take on the Broome Community College Hornets.  HCCC is currently ranked #6 in the nation
