Herkimer Men's Basketball Gets Big Win Over Division I Globe

The Generals ran their winning streak to 15 games as they stunned Division I power Globe Institute of Technology from New York City 95-77 in Herkimer Saturday afternoon.  Akeem Ellis just missed a triple double with 17 points, nine rebounds and eight assists.  Cliff Brown added 22 points off of the bench.  Rhamel Williams played another outstanding floor game by grabbing 10 rebounds to add to his 19 points and eight steals--also just missing a triple double.  Matt Baldwin continued his torrid shooting with 20 points on 14 shots.  Reggie German added nine.

The Generals return to the floor next Saturday when they travel to Troy to face Hudson Valley C.C.  HCCC is currently #1 in Region III and #3 in the country at 15-2 only losing their first two games via forfeit.
