Austin-Michaud Double Double Leads Herkimer Men's Basketball To Second Straight Home Victory

The Men's basketball team extended their winning streak to two games with an 86-69 victory over Jefferson Community College last night in Herkimer.  The Generals were paced by Ian Austin-Michaud with 15 points, 16 rebounds and five assists.  Akeem Ellis had his fourth solid performance in a row with 15 points and 12 boards. and Rhamel Williams contributed 14 points and seven rebounds.  Freshman guard Jerome Floyd came off the bench to spark the Generals with eight points and four assists.

The victory brings the #3 nationally ranked Generals record to 2-2.  They return to action on Tuesday against Finger Lakes Community College in Canandaigua at 8:00 p.m.
