Herkimer has posted a 39-14 record for the past three seasons.  During that time, the team captured two Mountain Valley Conference Championships, which led to back-to-back appearances in the Region III Championship game.  With some of the top talent in the country on Herkimer's roster year in and year out, the Generals have reached the NJCAA Final Four weekend two of the past three seasons.

Due to the success of our team as a whole the last three years, Herkimer has produced 9 All-Americans, 12 Region III player selections and  21 Academic All-Americans.  This is a testament to the balance of academics and athletics at Herkimer.  Herkimer was also home to the 2008 Region III Overall Player of the Year as well as the 2007 Region III Midfielder of the Year.  Herkimer also fielded the Mountain Valley Conference Player of the Year for 2008 and 2009.

Herkimer Lacrosse players set their sights on a National Championship at the beginning of every school year and begin training for that goal on day one in the classroom.  Our fall season consists of mandatory study sessions as well as lacrosse practices and team workout sessions in our multi-million dollar on-campus indoor and outdoor facilities.  Herkimer offers our student athletes the exposure they need to transfer on to a four-year institution.

Our fall game schedule has included Division II powerhouse LeMoyne, Division III power SUNY Cortland, NYIT, Hamilton College and Oswego State.  We also host the Herkimer Fall Fest Lacrosse Classic which has welcomed Michigan State, SUNY Cobleskill and a large group of NJCAA teams in our state of the art turf stadium.  This exposure has resulted in the Herkimer players transferring to some of the most well-respected NCAA four-year institutions in the country.

Herkimer plays one of the toughest spring schedules in the NJCAA and has had decades of success in the national spotlight.  With 9 National Championships, 23 consecutive Regional Championships and 30 straight Mountain Valley Conference Titles; Herkimer truly is "Home of the Champions".
