Joel Purkiss - Men's Soccer - Green & Gold Athlete for September
Freshman Joel Purkiss (Sheffield, England) has scored 19 goals, including three hat tricks, and assisted on 11 other goals in the month of September. He is a major presence whenever he is on the field.
Purkiss has been named NJCAA national player of the week and Region III athlete of the week this month. Joel is a pure goal scorer, said head mens soccer coach Pepe Aragon.

Reco McLaren – Men’s Soccer – Green & Gold Athlete for October
Reco McLaren is a crafty, skilled, fast attacker. He has been equally skilled at creating scoring chances for himself and for setting up teammates.
McLaren is a freshman from Bridgeport, CT.
Reco had 4 goals and 5 assists in the month of October. He had the game tying assist in the Region III Semifinal vs Mohawk Valley CC and had one goal and one assist in the Region III Championship game vs. Tompkins-Cortland. Reco had the great honor of being named the Region III Tournament Most Valuable Player.
