Vicki Brown begins her fourth year as the men's and women's Swimming & Diving coach at Herkimer County Community College. During her tenure both teams have achieved several milestones:

- NJCAA National Academic Team of the Year 2007-2008 (Women's Swimming)
- 5 Regional Champions (Men's & Women's 100 BR for two years in a row, Women's 200 BR)
- New Mountain Valley Conference Records Set: Tim Manoogian (Men's 100 BR), Sergey Capozzelli (Men's 200 FLY), Kelcy Newman, Samantha Stockton, Nina Stoecke, Bayla Akulin (Women's 800 FR Relay)
- 30 New School Records Set in 2008-2009 season
- 8 Top 16 finishes at 2009 NJCAA National Championships
- 2009 NJCAA Swimming & Diving Region 3/Northeast District "George Stietz" Most Improved Men's Team Award

Vicki holds a B.A. and M.S.Ed. from SUNY Potsdam where she competed in backstroke and distance freestyle. She is currently employed as the Director of Student Activities at HCCC.
