The season begins in October and runs until mid-March. Practices consist of a variety of sets for a comprehensive training regimen. At the beginning of each season, time is spent breaking down each stroke, and proper technique is stressed so that our athletes are confident in their abilities. The goal is a well-rounded athlete.
