Herkimer Women's Basketball Opens Season With A Win; Salisbury Has Double Double

Herkimer County Community College opens up their season with a win against Division II SUNY Orange 65- 54. The Generals were led by Stacey Salisbury with 19 points and 13 rebounds and Jenn Lighthall with 10 points. Jess Brawn also had 6 points and 5 assists. It was a close game at the half with Herkimer leading 28-26, up until the last 5 minutes when the Lady Generals took control.
