Herkimer Women's Basketball Tripped Up In Final Minutes; Went On A 10-0 Run To Start Game

Mohawk Valley defeated Herkimer 63-56  and raised their record to 17-1 overall.  The Generals led 29-27 at halftime and maintain a lead the majority of the game.  The Hawks came back and took a 54-53 lead with about four minutes to go and never trailed from that point on.  The Hawks were led by Domonique Washington with 19 points and the Generals were led by Kim Vrigian 14 points.  Former Hamilton High School standouts Liz Unger and Jessica Brawn had strong games scoring 12 and 10 points respectively.
