REGION III CHAMPIONSHIPS

1985, 1988, 2005

In just under a decade with Coach Dommer at the helm, Herkimer has transformed into a national power. Herkimer's one of the most well respected and sought after programs for women's soccer.  Since 2002, the Lady Generals have won the Mountain Valley Conference Championship six times while capturing the Region three Championship and appearing in the NJCAA Final Four Tournament in 2005.

Despite playing in what is considered by many to be the toughest region in NJCAA competition, some of the best players in the country have worn a Herkimer uniform and taken pride in doing so.  Herkimer has routinely been the home of the Mountain Valley Conference Player of the Year as well as the Region III Player of the Year.  The Herkimer Lady General's reputation draws some of the top talent in the country which has resulted in players earning All - American honors multiple times since 2002.

Through hard work in the classroom as well as on the practice field, the Lady Generals have transferred to four year institutions such as Coastal Carolina, East Stroudsburg, SUNY Cortland, Queens College, St. John Fisher, SUNY Brockport and SUNY Geneseo.
