Herkimer Runners Race in Regional Meet, Bergstrom and Elleman Lead Again
The Herkimer CCC Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Teams competed in the Region III Championship Meet, hosted by Finger Lakes CC. Sophomore Stephanie Bergstrom (Poland, NY) and Freshman Mike Elleman (New Paris, OH) again were the Generals’ fastest finishers.

HCCC Volleyball Team Kicks Off Breast Cancer Awareness Month Activities
Several breast cancer awareness activities are taking place this month at Herkimer County Community College. The women’s volleyball team kicked off the month’s activities by wearing special uniforms during their home game on Wednesday, October 6.

Herkimer Harriers Run Well in Hamilton College Meet
The men’s and women’s cross country teams had an excellent outing at the Hamilton College Invitational. The meet included several two- and four-year colleges: Mohawk Valley, Hartwick, Brockport, Ithaca, Utica, Cobleskill, and SUNY IT.

Herkimer’s women’s and men’s cross country teams found success in the annual Falling Leaves Road Race. The USATF Certified 5k runs on the flat and fast streets of downtown Utica.

Herkimer County Community College’s men’s and women’s cross country teams had a challenging day at the third annual Stephen A. Ward Invitational hosted by SUNY Cobleskill. The weather was hot and the competition was fierce.

Herkimer Harriers Win Second Place
Utica, NY. Herkimer County Community College’s Cross Country team ran in their season opener at SUNY IT on September 4. Both the men’s and the women’s teams finished second in their division.
