Generals’ harriers place seventh in region

Alfred, NY – The Herkimer County Community College men’s and women’s cross country teams ran the Region 3 Championships on snowy  October 29.  Both teams earned seventh-place finishes. 

Sophomore Mike Elleman received Second Team All-Region Honors with his ninth-place finish (31:51.28).

The women were led by sophomore Samantha Lawson, who finished the race in 25:48.54, earning her a 23rd place finish.   The Generals’ results follow.
