CLINTON, NY – In their final regular season contest, Herkimer College’s cross country teams put down some fast times at the Hamilton College Invitational.

DELHI, NY – After what could be considered an off-day at home last Saturday (9/30), the Herkimer Generals mens and women's cross country teams were out for redemption Wednesday (10/3) at the SUNY Delhi Bronco Classic.

HERKIMER, NY – Absent runners, illness and some fatigued runners all were contributing factors to what was an otherwise dismal day against rival Hudson Valley Community College, who defeated both the men’s and women’s cross country teams for the titles at the 3rd Annual Herkimer College Invitational this past Saturday (9/29).

MARCY, NY – A second go-round at SUNY Poly saw the Herkimer College Generals cross-country teams throw down their best performances of the season to date at the 6th Annual Wildcat Weekend Classic.

CANANDAIGUA, NY – A solid week of training proved beneficial to the Herkimer College Generals’ men’s and women’s cross country teams as they had another strong showing at the Bruce Bridgman Invitational hosted by Finger Lakes Community College.
