Former General Moss makes national indoor team
HERKIMER, NY – Former Herkimer Generals men’s lacrosse player Donny Moss recently made the 23-man roster for the 2015 U.S. Men’s Indoor National Team.
Moss, a defender for the Generals back in 2006, was named First Team All-American and Region III Defensive Player of the Year in his one season spent at Herkimer. Afterwards Moss played at Adelphi University where he was one of the Panthers best players.
Since then – the Rochester, NY native - has suited up for the Long Island Lizards, Hamilton Nationals and most recently the Rochester Rattlers who are a part of the MLL (Major League Lacrosse).
The U.S. Men’s Indoor National Team is scheduled to compete in the Federation of international Lacrosse (FIL) World Indoor Championship from September 18th to the 27th in Onondaga Nation and Syracuse, NY. Moss will be wearing jersey number 80.
