Former General Helps Achieve First Ever FIL Podium

HERKIMER, NY – Former men’s lacrosse player Roger Vyse helped the Iroquois National Team defeat Australia 16-5 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park last weekend, securing its first ever medal at a senior world championship.

Vyse helped the Generals win a national championship in 2003, going 18-0. The first team all-American went on to Limestone College, breaking an NCAA DII record for goals and points in a season with 339 goals and 521 points.
