Herkimer has been offering women’s basketball since the campus opened in 1971. We won a Region III Championship in 1979, 1980, 1994, and 1996 and a Mountain Valley Conference Championship in 1988, 1991, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998. In recent years the team has made significant progress in our mission to reach our full potential. In 2013, we ranked 11th in the nation – and our team just keeps getting better.
Team tryouts are held in early October and a challenging schedule begins in November and continues through February. We hope you’ll be among us!
