WARM UP
Each team will have 20-30 minutes prior to their game to practice on the stadium field. Two grass fields located next to Wehrum Stadium will also be available for practice. They are available on a first come first serve basis, although the teams playing in the next scheduled game will have priority over any other teams. These field will be lined and water and ice will be provided at each.
GAME DAY INFORMATION
Each bench assignments for all games will be determined by the tournament director on the night before each round as well as locker room assignments in conjunction with higher seeded team. The High seeded team in each game will be the HOME team and have choice of bench. Game day Entrance: Main Entrance to Wehrum Stadium. Herkimer staff will meet buses at the entrance and direct teams to Wehrum Stadium. Team Credentials will be required to enter the stadium on game days.
WEATHER POLICY
The NJCAA will make decisions on weather with conjunction of the NCAA Playing rules, Tournament host, the NJCAA DIII Women’s Soccer Chair and the NJCAA National Office.
