VENUE INFORMATION

OFFICIAL TEAM ENTRANCE

Teams should come to the front entrance of Wehrum Stadium and Herkimer staff will direct teams to the stadium.

LOCKER ROOMS

Teams will be permitted to use the locker rooms beginning at the end of half time from the previous game through halftime of their game.

$5 per day (Children under 12 are Free)

CASH ONLY

An ATM is available at the front entrance to the PE building.

RECRUITERS

ENTRY

Recruiters can enter Wehrum Stadium through the Front Entrance. If a business card is provided there will be no charge for recruiters. 

PARKING

Spectator Parking is free and is located near Wehrum Stadium.

Bus and Team Parking is also free and Herkimer Staff will direct buses where to park.

GAMES COMMITTEE

The games committee shall include the Championship Director, DIII Women’s Soccer Committee Chair, the NJCAA National Office Representative, and the Tournament Head Official. The Games Committee shall convene when necessary to discuss and decide issues that impact the tournament as a whole and/or rule interpretations when called upon by game officials.

POST-CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS

The awards ceremony will be conducted at midfield immediately following the conclusion of the championship match. Both championship teams (1st and 2nd place) will receive awards immediately following the championship match. The following will be presented following the championship match: 2 team trophies (national champion and runner-up), 30 gold medals to each individual player on the National Championship team, 30 silver medals to each individual player on the National Runner-Up team, the Most Valuable Player Award, the Coach of the Tournament Award, , the Most Valuable Offensive Player Award, the Most Valuable Defensive Player Award, 12 medals to each player on the All-Tournament Team and the Lea Plarski Team Sportsmanship Award to one team that participated in the DIII Women’s Soccer National Tournament.

The Select “Super” ball shall be used at the NJCAA DIII Women’s Soccer Championship.

Ambulance/EMT services will be requested on an as needed basis.

Teams are responsible for bringing their own medical supplies for the championship.
