Shuta Nishimura, February Athlete of the Month

Men’s swimmer Shuta Nishimura was named the Green & Gold Male Athlete of the Month for February

Herkimer, NY - Herkimer Generals men’s swimmer Shuta Nishimura was named the Green & Gold Male Athlete of the Month for February. Shuta, a senior Art Studies major at Herkimer College, is a three-time regional champion in the 50, 100, and 200 breaststroke and was named to the First Team All-Region team in the three events. Shuta holds the all-time team record in the 100 and 200 breaststroke for Herkimer College.
