Generals added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning after Christian Mikulaski hit a sacrifice fly, Kanta Miyabe walked, and Rect Shirakata walked, each scoring one run.
Generals scored five runs on three hits in the bottom of the fourth inning. Mikulaski hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, Adam Weiss singled, scoring two runs, Miyabe doubled, scoring one run, and a steal of home scored one run.
Justin Peralta earned the win for Generals. The starter surrendered four hits and two runs over five innings, striking out five and walking eight. Nick Gold took the loss for Erie. The pitcher went two-thirds of an inning, surrendering four runs on zero hits, striking out one and walking four.
