Auburn NY- The Herkimer Generals traveled to take on region III opponent Cayuga CC Spartans. Herkimer jumped out to a ten point lead in the first half taking a 37-27 advantage into the half. The Generals cruised in the second half to knock off the Spartans 68-51.
The Generals were led by Jayden Stephens (Yonkers, NY) who had 14 points on the game, with 4 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal. Chris Volo(Westbury, NY) and D'Ante Quinlan(Yonkers, NY) both nearly had a double-double on the night. Volo finished with 10 points and 8 rebounds and Quinlan had 9 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists.
