Bio
Aaron Coleman completed his first season in 2026 as the offensive assistant coach and media director for the Herkimer College Generals lacrosse program. He brings broad experience in field and box lacrosse from semi-professional, international, and developmental levels.
Coleman plays semi-professionally with the Utica Yeti Lacrosse Club in the NABLL since 2021. Internationally, he's represented Ireland Box Lacrosse on Team Éire in 2022 and 2023. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corps, serving from 2003-2026, where he played for the Marine Corps lacrosse team from 2004–2007, playing in Japan, Hawaii, and all over the continental U.S.
Coleman began coaching at Mount Carmel High School boys varsity lacrosse (2006–2007), and most recently, assisted Rome Free Academy boys varsity lacrosse (2022–2025). Internationally, he assisted Poland Lacrosse Federation U16 IIJL and U15 Heritage Cup teams (2022–2024).
Currently, he is the president and head coach of Jr. Yeti Lacrosse and Yeti Upstate Lacrosse clubs since 2023.
Known for his passion for player development and creativity within the game, Coleman oversees offensive development while also managing media and creative content for the Generals lacrosse program.
