In Game 1, Herkimer battled through a back-and-forth contest that saw multiple lead changes and late-inning drama. After trailing 2–0, the Generals responded in the seventh when Autumn Roberts delivered a clutch two-RBI triple to tie the game. Mohawk Valley answered in the eighth, but Herkimer quickly responded again with Alexis Broderick driving in Emma Carlton on a sacrifice fly to even the score once more. The game ultimately slipped away in the bottom of the eighth when Mohawk Valley pushed across the winning run for the 4–3 walk-off victory.
Roberts led the offense with a key hit and two RBIs, while Emma Carlton added two hits and a run scored. Olivia Perry and Lauren Kelly also contributed multi-hit efforts as Herkimer finished with six hits in the contest.
Game 2 saw another tight battle early before Mohawk Valley pulled away behind timely hitting. The Generals again showed resilience, with Autumn Roberts, Emma Carlton, Grace Neville, and Olivia Perry all collecting hits. Alexis Broderick drove in Herkimer's lone RBI of the game, while Perry and Emma Powers handled pitching duties in the loss.
Despite the setbacks, Herkimer continued to show offensive balance across both games, staying competitive in two closely contested matchups against a strong Mohawk Valley squad.
