Women’s Basketball Freshman Nevaeh Spencer Named Herkimer Generals Green & Gold Female Athlete of the Month for November

Herkimer, NY – Herkimer College is proud to announce that Nevaeh Spencer, a freshman Sports and Recreation Management major from Brooklyn, NY, has been selected as the Green & Gold Athlete of the Month for November.

Spencer put together an exceptional month on the court, showcasing her versatility and leadership as a key contributor for the Generals. Throughout November, she averaged:

• 15 points per game
• 7.8 assists per game
• 6.5 rebounds per game
• 2.8 steals per game

Her outstanding performance also earned her Region 3 NJCAA Athlete of the Week honors for November 3–9, further highlighting her impact early in the season.

Head Coach Matthew Hazzard praised Spencer's all-around skill set and competitive drive. "Nevaeh is one of the best all-around basketball players in Region 3," Hazzard said. "Her ability to influence the game in so many ways makes her an invaluable leader for our program."

Spencer's strong start has set the tone for the Generals as they continue their push through the season.
