Onondaga came out hot and carried it throughout, shooting nearly 60% from the floor for the game. Herkimer meanwhile struggled from the floor, shooting a season low 20% for the game and only 13% from behind the arc.
Freshman guard Amiya Carter (Newark, NJ) led the scoring for Herkimer with 14 pts, and fellow Freshman Nevaeh Spencer (Brooklyn) added 13 pts. Each would snag eight rebounds on the day.
