The Herkimer Generals Women’s Cross Country team turned in a strong performance this past weekend, finishing 6th overall at the SUNY Poly Wildcat Invitational.

The Herkimer Generals Women's Cross Country team turned in a strong performance this past weekend, finishing 6th overall at the SUNY Poly Wildcat Invitational.

Eleyna Rivas paced the Generals with a 46th-place finish in a time of 33:04 for the 6K run. She was followed by Mariah Freeman (51st), Skylar Albin (54th), Ava Nicholson (62nd), and Shannay Gabbani (65th), who rounded out the scoring for Herkimer.

Herkimer will travel to SUNY Delhi on October 8th to compete in the Bronco Classic.
