In Game 1, the Generals wasted no time taking control, rolling to a 13–3 victory in five innings. Herkimer's offense was firing on all cylinders, putting constant pressure on Jefferson from the opening frame. Brandon Hauk contributed to the effort by scoring two runs, helping spark an attack that quickly created separation and never let up.
The Generals carried that momentum into Game 2, securing a 10–3 win to complete the sweep—again in just five innings. Christian Mikulski played a key role, crossing the plate twice as Herkimer continued to capitalize on scoring opportunities.
