Herkimer College women's basketball standout Nevaeh Spencer, a freshman guard from Brooklyn, New York, has been named the NJCAA Division III Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of November 3rd.
Spencer played a pivotal role in guiding the Generals to a pair of early season Regional victories. In the season-opening 79–75 win over Mohawk Valley, she delivered a dominant all-around performance with 24 points, 6 rebounds, 6 steals, and 7 assists.
She continued her strong start against North Country, posting a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds, while also matching her season-high with 7 assists.
Through just two games, Spencer showcased her versatility and leadership, averaging 19 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists, earning her national recognition as this week's NJCAA DIII Player of the Week.
