Herkimer NY- Herkimer Generals Volleyball hosted Regional opponent Jefferson CC Cannoneers last Sunday. The Generals jumped out ahead taking the first 2 games (25-19 and 25-15). Jefferson CC then rallied to win the next 3 games (25-13, 25-17 and 15-10) to take the match 3-2.
Sophomore Libero Kayla Suppa (Oneida, NY) led the Generals with 32 digs, 3 assists and 3 aces. Freshman Outside Hitter, Madiana Aceto (Utica, NY) chipped in with 11 digs and 9 kills and Sophomore Middle Blocker, Brittany Mcmanus (Herkimer, NY) had 9 kills 1 ace and 20 digs to Lead the Generals.
The Generals are back in action today (10/6) hosting SUNY Adirondack for a 6 o'clock start.
